f0f\u4e0a\u6709\u6c92\u6709\u7372\u5f97\u6388\u6b0a\uff0c\u66f4\u8981\u770b\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u5b8f\u89c0\u793e\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5927\u591a\u6578\u7f8e\u570b\u4eba\u89ba\u5f97\uff0c\u99ac\u65af\u514b\u505a\u7684\u4e8b\u5c0d\u7f8e\u570b\u6709\u597d\u8655\uff0c\u6cd5\u5ead\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u4f5c\u51fa\u4e00\u500b\u9006\u6c11\u610f\u7684\u5224\u6c7a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u4eca\u6b21\u99ac\u65af\u514b\u8981\u9032\u884c\u7684\u4e26\u975e\u4e00\u822c\u7684\u67b6\u69cb\u8207\u6d41\u7a0b\u91cd\u6574(Reengineering)\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u60f3\u628a\u6574\u500b\u7f8e\u570b\u5b98\u50da\u9ad4\u7cfb\u62c6\u6389\u91cd\u5efa\uff0c\u662f\u8fd1\u4e4e\u9769\u547d\u6027\u7684\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u4ed6\u89f8\u52d5\u7684\u7bc4\u570d\u4e00\u5b9a\u5341\u5206\u5927\uff0c\u53d7\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u4eba\u4e00\u5b9a\u5341\u5206\u591a\uff0c\u53d7\u640d\u5bb3\u7684\u65e2\u5f97\u5229\u76ca\u8005\u4e00\u5b9a\u6703\u7fa4\u8d77\u53cd\u6297\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ed6\u5011\u9664\u4e86\u6703\u5faa\u6b63\u9014\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u53f8\u6cd5\u65b9\u5f0f\u53bb\u7dad\u6b0a\u5916\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u7528\u4e0d\u6cd5\u7684\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u8981\u7f6e\u99ac\u65af\u514b\u65bc\u6b7b\u5730\u3002\u96e3\u602a\u99ac\u65af\u514b\u6700\u8fd1\u5df2\u7acb\u597d\u907a\u56d1\uff0c\u53ca\u65e9\u70ba\u610f\u5916\u4f5c\u597d\u6e96\u5099\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u5927\u5bb6\u53ef\u4e0d\u8981\u4ee5\u70ba\u4ed6\u5728\u5b64\u8ecd\u4f5c\u6230\u3002\u652f\u6301\u99ac\u65af\u514b\u7684\u52e2\u529b\u4e00\u5b9a\u9060\u6bd4\u4eba\u5011\u60f3\u50cf\u4e2d\u9f90\u5927\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u7279\u6717\u666e\u6191\u751a\u9ebc\u7576\u4e0a\u7f8e\u570b\u7e3d\u7d71\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>(\u8f49\u8f09\u81ea
