16px;\">\u53d7\u75ab\u60c5\u7b49\u591a\u7a2e\u5229\u6de1\u56e0\u7d20\u62d6\u7d2f\uff0c\u8fd1\u5e74\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u3001\u80a1\u5e02\u3001\u6a13\u5e02\u90fd\u8655\u65bc\u5f31\u52e2\uff0c\u6709\u6578\u64da\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u6a13\u50f9\u5df2\u81ea2021\u5e74\u9ad8\u4f4d\u7d2f\u632b\u7d0415%\u3002\u6b63\u503c\u65b0\u4e00\u4efd\u300a\u65bd\u653f\u5831\u544a\u300b\u767c\u5e03\u524d\u5915\uff0c\u5e02\u5834\u5404\u754c\u4eba\u58eb\u90fd\u547c\u7c72\u6e2f\u5e9c\u61c9\u6309\u73fe\u5be6\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u300c\u6e1b\u8fa3\u300d\u3001\u751a\u81f3\u300c\u64a4\u8fa3\u300d\uff0c\u610f\u601d\u662f\u5728\u73fe\u6709\u6a13\u5e02\u5167\u5404\u9805\u984d\u5916\u589e\u52a0\u7684\u5fb5\u7a05\u63aa\u65bd\u4f5c\u51fa\u8abf\u6574\u3002<\/span>\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u56de\u9867\u5341\u591a\u5e74\u524d\uff0c\u6a13\u5e02\u4e00\u5ea6\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u975e\u5e38\u71be\u71b1\uff0c\u903c\u4f7f\u653f\u5e9c\u591a\u6b21\u63a8\u51fa\u6a13\u5e02\u300c\u8fa3\u62db\u300d\uff0c\u4ee5\u6291\u5236\u7092\u98a8\u53ca\u5e73\u6291\u6a13\u50f9\u3002\u7a76\u7adf\u7576\u6642\u6709\u4f55\u8fa3\u62db\uff1f\u76f8\u95dc\u63aa\u65bd\u53c8\u6709\u5e7e\u8fa3\uff1f\u4e0d\u5982\u8d81\u6b64\u6a5f\u6703\u4e00\u9f4a\u91cd\u6eab\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8cc7\u6599\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u6a13\u5e02\u8fa3\u62db\u6700\u65e9\u51fa\u73fe\u65bc2010\u5e74\uff0c\u81f32016\u5e74\u66f4\u63d0\u5347\u81f3\u73fe\u5728\u7684\u300c\u8fa3\u5ea6\u300d\uff1b\u7576\u4e2d\u7684\u4e3b\u7dda\u5c31\u662f\u300c\u4e09\u5927\u8fa3\u7a05\u300d\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u984d\u5916\u5370\u82b1\u7a05(Special Stamp Duty\uff0cSSD)\u3001\u96d9\u500d\u5370\u82b1\u7a05(Double Stamp Duty\uff0cDSD\uff0c\u5f8c\u4f86\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u52a0\u8fa3\u70ba\u65b0AVD)\u53ca\u8cb7\u5bb6\u5370\u82b1\u7a05(Buyer Stamp Duty\uff0cBSD)\uff0c\u5176\u4e2dSSD\u8207\u8ce3\u65b9\u6709\u95dc\uff0c\u800c\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u65b0AVD\u3001DSD\u53caBSD\u5247\u4e3b\u8981\u91dd\u5c0d\u8cb7\u5bb6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 1.2em;\"><strong><u>2010<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>\u5e74<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>\uff1aSSD<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>\u6253\u64ca<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>\u77ed\u7092\u500b\u6848<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u6a13\u5e02\u8fa3\u62db\u6700\u65e9\u51fa\u73fe\u65bc2010\u5e7411\u6708\uff0c\u7576\u6642\u6e2f\u5e9c\u63a8\u51fa<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mreferral.com\/%E5%8D%B0%E8%8A%B1%E7%A8%85%E6%94%B6%E8%B2%BB%E8%A1%A8\/\">\u984d\u5916\u5370\u82b1\u7a05<\/a>&nbsp;(SSD)\uff0c\u7528\u4f5c\u58d3\u6291\u77ed\u671f\u7092\u8ce3\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u9650\u5236\u7f6e\u696d\u8005\u57282\u5e74\u5167\u8f49\u552e\u55ae\u4f4d\uff0c\u9700\u7e73\u4ed8\u6a13\u9ad85%\u81f315%\u7684SSD\uff1b\u4f46SSD\u4ee4\u4e8c\u624b\u76e4\u6e90\u6e1b\u5c11\uff0c\u671f\u5167\u6a13\u50f9\u4e0d\u8dcc\u53cd\u5347\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u65bc\u662f\u57282012\u5e7410\u6708\u518d\u300c\u52a0\u8fa3\u300d\uff0c\u63a8\u51faSSD\u52a0\u5f37\u7248\uff0c\u8f49\u552e\u6642\u9593\u9650\u5236\u8abf\u6574\u70ba3\u5e74\u5167\uff0c\u4e14\u7a05\u7387\u4ea6\u540c\u6b65\u4e0a\u5347\uff0c\u753110\u81f320%\u4e0d\u7b49(\u8a73\u898b\u9644\u8868)\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5927\u5bb6\u5728\u65b0\u805e\u4e0a\u898b\u5230\u6709\u95dc\u5831\u9053\u4e8c\u624b\u7269\u696d\u6210\u4ea4\u6642\uff0c\u9593\u4e2d\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u8af8\u5982\u300c\u5543\u7a05\u300d\u6216\u300c\u9b06\u7d81\u300d\u7b49\u5b57\u773c\uff0c\u524d\u8005\u610f\u601d\u662f\u696d\u4e3b\u5728\u6301\u8ca83\u5e74\u5167\u51fa\u552e\u7269\u696d\uff0c\u9700\u7e73\u4ed8SSD\uff0c\u9593\u63a5\u589e\u52a0\u6cbd\u8ca8\u7684\u6210\u672c\uff1b\u800c\u5f8c\u8005\u70ba\u696d\u4e3b\u9078\u64c7\u57283\u5e74\u5f8c\u624d\u6cbd\u8ca8\uff0c\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u652f\u4ed8SSD\u3002<\/p>\n<table 1.2em;\"><strong><u>2012<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>\u5e74<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>\uff1a<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>BSD<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>\u9632\u6b62\u6d77\u5916\u8cb7\u5bb6\u53ca\u516c\u53f8\u5ba2\u7092\u9ad8\u6e2f\u6a13<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u5728SSD\u843d\u91cd\u85e5\uff0c\u540c\u65bc2012\u5e7410\u6708\u653f\u5e9c\u4ea6\u63a8\u51fa\u8cb7\u5bb6\u5370\u82b1\u7a05(BSD)\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u9650\u5236\u975e\u672c\u5730\u4eba\u58eb\u53ca\u4ee5\u516c\u53f8\u540d\u7fa9\u8cfc\u5165\u672c\u6e2f\u7269\u696d\u7684\u8cb7\u5bb6\uff0c\u7f6e\u696d\u9700\u7e73\u4ed8\u6a13\u50f915%\u7684\u7a05\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 1.2em;\"><strong><u>2013<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>\u5e74\uff1a\u63a8\u51faDSD\u53ca2016<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>\u5e74<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>\uff1a\u6f14\u5316\u81f3\u6a13\u50f915%<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>AVD<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u5f9e\u50f9\u5370\u82b1\u7a05(Ad Val\u00adorem Stamp Duty, AVD)\u662f\u8cb7\u5bb6\u7f6e\u696d\u6642\u8981\u7e73\u4ea4\u7684\u7a05\u9805\uff0c\u7a05\u9805\u6309\u6a13\u50f9\u7d2f\u9032\u8a08\u7b97\uff0c\u6a13\u50f9\u6108\u9ad8\uff0c\u6240\u4ed8\u7a05\u7387\u4ea6\u6108\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u57282013\u5e742\u6708\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u63a8\u51fa\u96d9\u500d\u5370\u82b1\u7a05(<em>Dou\u00adble Stamp
