\u300c\u9644\u4ef6\u300d<\/strong><\/p>\n OBJECTS AND POWERS OF THE FOUNDATION<\/strong><\/p>\n (a) The objects of the Foun\u00adda\u00adtion are:<\/p>\n (i) To pro\u00admote gift\u00aded edu\u00adca\u00adtion in Hong Kong and to help teach\u00aders and par\u00adents to unfold stu\u00addents\u2019 poten\u00adtial and tal\u00adents;<\/p>\n (ii) To pro\u00advide sup\u00adport and\/or guid\u00adance ser\u00advices for gift\u00aded youth to devel\u00adop their gift\u00aded\u00adness and tal\u00adents to the fullest;<\/p>\n (iii) To ini\u00adti\u00adate, con\u00adduct and sup\u00adport activ\u00adi\u00adties spe\u00adcial\u00adly designed for gift\u00aded stu\u00addents and their teach\u00aders and par\u00adents;<\/p>\n (iv) To co-oper\u00adate with oth\u00ader edu\u00adca\u00adtion\u00adal insti\u00adtu\u00adtions, soci\u00adeties and orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtions, both local and over\u00adseas, for the advance\u00adment and pro\u00admo\u00adtion of gift\u00aded edu\u00adca\u00adtion;<\/p>\n (v) To net\u00adwork dis\u00adtin\u00adguished per\u00adsons to serve soci\u00adety and those in need through social ser\u00advice orga\u00adnized by the Foun\u00adda\u00adtion;<\/p>\n (vi) To car\u00adry out and per\u00adform all or any oth\u00ader law\u00adful acts, works, enter\u00adpris\u00ades or things which are inci\u00adden\u00adtal or con\u00adducive to the attain\u00adment of the above objects of the Foun\u00adda\u00adtion; and<\/p>\n (vii) To car\u00adry out and per\u00adform all or any oth\u00ader law\u00adful acts, works, enter\u00adpris\u00ades or things which are of a char\u00adi\u00adta\u00adble nature.<\/p>\n (b) In fur\u00adther\u00adance of the above objects but not oth\u00ader\u00adwise, the Foun\u00adda\u00adtion shall have the fol\u00adlow\u00ading pow\u00aders:<\/p>\n (i) To apply for, invite, col\u00adlect and receive dona\u00adtions, gifts, grants, sub\u00adscrip\u00adtions, bequests, endow\u00adments and oth\u00ader assis\u00adtance and ben\u00ade\u00adfits for all or any of the objects of the Foun\u00adda\u00adtion here\u00adin pro\u00advid\u00aded or towards the costs and expens\u00ades of the Foun\u00adda\u00adtion and its oper\u00ada\u00adtions;<\/p>\n (ii) To pro\u00advide schol\u00adar\u00adships, sub\u00adsi\u00addies, allowance, loans (whether inter\u00adest bear\u00ading or inter\u00adest free) and oth\u00ader forms of finan\u00adcial assis\u00adtance, includ\u00ading, but not lim\u00adit\u00aded to, pay\u00adment of pas\u00adsages, liv\u00ading allowances, fees and oth\u00ader mon\u00adeys to per\u00adsons assist\u00aded by the Foun\u00adda\u00adtion;<\/p>\n (iii) To orga\u00adnize lec\u00adtures, sem\u00adi\u00adnars, exhi\u00adbi\u00adtions, class\u00ades, meet\u00adings and con\u00adfer\u00adences;<\/p>\n (iv) To pro\u00admote and hold out\u00adings, trips, vis\u00adits, gath\u00ader\u00adings, com\u00adpe\u00adti\u00adtions and activ\u00adi\u00adties of all kinds, and to offer gifts or con\u00adtribute towards prizes, medals and awards there\u00adfor;<\/p>\n (v) To make dona\u00adtions and any gift of prop\u00ader\u00adty (whether real or per\u00adson\u00adal) to char\u00adi\u00adta\u00adble orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtions;<\/p>\n (vi) To sup\u00adport char\u00adi\u00adta\u00adble asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtions, insti\u00adtu\u00adtions, clubs, funds and trusts so as to advance the objects of the Foun\u00adda\u00adtion;<\/p>\n (vii) To under\u00adtake and dis\u00adcharge the office and duties of trustee either gra\u00adtu\u00aditous\u00adly or oth\u00ader\u00adwise, with or with\u00adout under\u00adtak\u00ading, the man\u00adage\u00adment and admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion of any trust or set\u00adtle\u00adment and to hold prop\u00ader\u00adty, assets or rights of any kind on trust or oth\u00ader\u00adwise;<\/p>\n (viii) To invest any mon\u00adeys of the Foun\u00adda\u00adtion not imme\u00addi\u00adate\u00adly required for its pur\u00adpose but not oth\u00ader\u00adwise in a rea\u00adson\u00adable and prop\u00ader man\u00adner, and to hold, sell or oth\u00ader\u00adwise dis\u00adpose of such invest\u00adments;<\/p>\n (ix) To pay all expense pre\u00adlim\u00adi\u00adnary or inci\u00adden\u00adtal to the for\u00adma\u00adtion and pro\u00admo\u00adtion of the Foun\u00adda\u00adtion and the con\u00adduct of the affairs of the Foun\u00adda\u00adtion;<\/p>\n (x) To print, pub\u00adlish, give and sell mate\u00adri\u00adals, peri\u00adod\u00adi\u00adcals, books or leaflets as shall be desir\u00adable for attain\u00ading the objects of the Foun\u00adda\u00adtion;<\/p>\n (xi) To employ all such offi\u00adcers and staff as may be required for the objects of the Foun\u00adda\u00adtion;
